TRIXTER — NEW JERSEY HAIR-METAL LEGENDS! Straight outta New Jersey and formed in 1983, Trixter are one of the defining bands of the late-’80s/early-’90s American hard-rock scene. (AllMusic) After years cutting their teeth on the New Jersey and New York club circuit, the band signed with MCA Records and exploded onto the scene with their self-titled debut album in 1990. And what a debut it was. The album went Gold in the US, reached No. 28 on the Billboard 200, and delivered a string of classic rock anthems including “Give It to Me Good,” “One in a Million” and “Surrender.” (AllMusic) Trixter quickly found themselves sharing stages with some of the biggest names in rock, while their videos became regular fixtures on MTV during the glory days of hair metal. Trixter reunited in 2008 and returned to the road, later releasing new music including New Audio Machine and Human Era.
