How to redeem your voucher:
Choose your gig/event and send an email to info@tivolivenue.com containing:

• Voucher order number
• Your name
• Contact number
• Chosen gig/event

We will then respond and confirm you have successfully redeemed your voucher for your chosen gig/event. If the voucher does not cover the price of the chosen event, the attendee can simply pay the difference when they get to the venue.
Please note your voucher IS your ticket. Your voucher IS your ticket, so be sure to keep your email receipt safe.

NB. Gift vouchers are non-transferable.
